About this artwork
The weathered summit cross stands at the left of the frame with its "Großer Arber · 1456 m" plaque, lichen-covered boulders underfoot in the foreground. The summit's two white radar radomes and the red-lit transmitter tower cluster center-right, with the lit mountain hut at the right edge, while dark forested slopes fall away toward scattered town lights in the valley below. A clear starry sky hangs over the late-night scene, the mountain-top air crisp under the mainly-clear night.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
