About this artwork
Meyer Werft in Papenburg builds some of the world's largest cruise ships inside one of the biggest covered building docks in the world. Completed ships leave the hall for the harbour basin and are later conveyed down the river Ems to the North Sea. The yard, founded in 1795, has shaped this flat Emsland town for more than two centuries.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
