About this artwork
In the historic Waschkaue, miners' jackets and clothes baskets hang from long chains suspended from the high ceiling, swaying slightly above rows of worn wooden benches. Tall industrial windows wash the tiled hall in soft daylight. After each shift the miners hoisted their work clothes up here, out of reach of the coal dust below.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
