About this artwork

Horb am Neckar stacks its whole old town in tiers on a rocky ridge spur above the river, from the riverside houses up to the market square at the top. The collegiate church of the Holy Cross crowns the ridge, watched by the Schurkenturm of around fourteen hundred, a remnant of Hohenberg Castle, and the Schütteturm of fourteen twenty-two at the summit. Seen from across the Neckar, the terraced rooftops and towers form one of the great small-town skylines of the upper Neckar.

Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
