About this artwork
Zittau is an old trading town in the far east of Saxony, near the meeting of the German, Czech and Polish borders. Its Neustadt square is dominated by the Salzhaus of 1511, a massive four-storey storehouse under a very steep roof, ringed by fountains and burgher houses, and the town preserves the Great Zittau Lenten Cloth of 1472 in the Kreuzkirche.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
