Schrammsteine, Bad Schandau
From a rock-ridge viewpoint on the Schrammsteine, the jagged sandstone towers crowd the right of frame while the valley opens wide to the left — patchwork forest tipping into autumn color, a small town glinting in the distance, and the familiar table mountains of Saxon Switzerland on the horizon.

About this artwork
From a rock-ridge viewpoint on the Schrammsteine, the jagged sandstone towers crowd the right of frame while the valley opens wide to the left — patchwork forest tipping into autumn color, a small town glinting in the distance, and the familiar table mountains of Saxon Switzerland on the horizon. Moss and heather cling to the weathered ledges in the foreground under a mainly clear late-September sky; the late-morning light picks out the layered strata of the cliffs.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
