About this artwork

Obermarchtal Abbey is described by regional tourism as the only completely preserved, architecturally self-contained Baroque abbey complex in Upper Swabia. The Premonstratensian abbey was rebuilt between sixteen eighty-six and seventeen sixty-nine by the Thumb and Beer master builders on a terrace above the young Danube. Its minster of Saints Peter and Paul, consecrated in seventeen oh one, carries twin towers sixty-eight metres high and a famed Holzhey organ.

Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
