About this artwork
Bopfingen's small old town, with the church of Saint Blasius, its town hall and remains of the town wall, is completely dominated by the Ipf, a flat-topped table mountain six hundred and sixty-eight metres high. The mostly treeless Zeugenberg was a Celtic princely seat with a fortified summit plateau, one of the most recognisable single-mountain silhouettes in southern Germany. The town sits on the seam between the Swabian Alb and the Nördlingen Ries meteorite crater.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
